The computer seems to think it has printed the document, and the little status bar at the bottom right hand corner of the screen flashes all the way across and disappears merrily, and the print job records in the spooler screen as though it had printed, yet there's no output. I have just installed and used Hannah to download the latest 1020 firmware. The 1020 driver itself is loaded, and as far as I can tell, all the components you have mentioned are installed and active, they just don't print. If this helps, please mark this as “Accepted Solution” as it will help several others with the same issue to get it resolved without hassles.I downloaded the latest version of CUPS without using the SPM, and although the install script ran, it asked for a number of other packages to be installled manually, which is beyond my ken.(I don't know how to do it! ) To simply say thanks, please click the "Thumbs Up" button to give me a Kudos to appreciate my efforts to help.
